tools needed:
1. Apache(any apache would do the work) im using apache2triad..
for those who dont have one
http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html#641 this is xampp..
2. patch file(obviously lol)

now let go...
1. install your apache... (for those who didnt have apache.. for those who already have it skip this.. lol)
2. download PATCH.PSC from
you can refer to your launcher log for further info about the patch if they change it..
http://9dragons.acclaimdownloads.com/9dragons/NDPatchData/PATCH.PSC
3. download the patch...
usually patch are at this address..
for example patch11..
http://9dragons.acclaimdownloads.com/9dragons/NDPatchData/PATCH11.XPZ
if you didnt found the file.. just refer to you launcher log to see the address..
download all the patch you wanted...

Next.. after finish dl all the patch you want..

1. go to your xampp folder . Find the folder 'htdocs' or 'www'
2. make a folder in the 'htdocs' name '9dragons' and in 9dragon folder make a folder name 'NDPatchData'.
the structure would look like this
....\htdocs\9dragons\NDPatchData\
3. copy all your patch that you dl into the folder NDPatchData that you just created. including the file PATCH.PSC

Next..

1. go to your
WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
2. open host file that is in the 'etc' folder using note pad
3. add this
127.0.0.1 9dragons.acclaimdownloads.com

ur host file should look like this after adding this.

Code:

    # Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
#      102.54.94.97     rhino.acme.com          # source server
#       38.25.63.10     x.acme.com              # x client host

127.0.0.1       localhost
127.0.0.1   9dragons.acclaimdownloads.com

next

1. start your apache server. Some are automatically started for you. so if the apache is already started skip this.. lol..@_@
2. and lauch your NDLauncher.exe . now your launcher should dl the file from you.. that would be really2 really fast dl..

next

1. after finish patching do this at the host file

#127.0.0.1 9dragons.acclaimdownloads.com

or just delete the line. its the same this.. but incase you would wanna manually patch back u need to add back those..

finishhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

i've done it and it work but im using apache2triad and i dont really know about xampp apache thou it the same things.. just the conf
that some thing different... but i doubt that you would have prob with xampp... it would be the same... @_@

someone do test this.. cause ive done mine and it work.. i dont know for other.. pc are like women.. you treat them differently .

p/s: admin if this is not allowed plz delete this thread.. or if this violated any of the term and agreement plz delete also..or if there is already a solution for manual patch delete this.. i didnt mean to harm or violate the game.. and if its useful sticky would do cause many player that have bandwith keep asking how to manually patch... i hope this help.

So my HOST file looks like this.

127.0.0.1 69.89.76.76

This is one really nice guide!
I wasn't able to patch my client before, because of my router settings, but using this method it not only works, it's also a hell of alot faster!
