they havent update it yet. viet server just updated recently to refine +10 and above. |

If you look closely at one of the screens you can see the writing is in Korean. So I doubt this guy has a +9 weapon.

from what i've heard, you can only get the +10, +11, and +12 refinement bloods off drops only, and they are not tradable.

sorry man, but they r all +10 11 and 12, no +9 here 
yes, ur right nevari. The refinement material can only get by drops from mobs (in new map) which in lvl Crimson Snake 2 up....hehe

The update for the +12 was on early April this year in Korean servers. It was the same +9 before that time.
Belive it or not, it is easier to do +10 or above in Korean servers compare to +9 in US/EU servers at the moment (ppl use items from the in-game item shop to increase their chance now).
There are two new items in the in-game item shop for the wep refinement in Korean servers.
One (dragon tear) is to protect your wep on refinement failures up to two times for normal weps and three times for colored (Green or Blue) weps and the other (dragon scale) is to add two more chances on top of the predefined times. It is about 7 dollors per item.
BTW, refinement materials are good old BE. 25 BE for +10, 35 BE for +11 and 50 BE for +12.

Omfg +12.
Refinement items...if we get those in Acclaim like half the populations gonna have +9 weapons (or whatever the highest is).
A lot more people in Acclaim are getting +9 weapons now, I remember before it was only a few active players but now there's over 5 for sure.
BTW, for anyone who plays on Korean servers....why do all the players use the +1 all stat item? I know it's good because it gives alot of AR, but what's thet other bead that looks like it but is more red?
Isn't a WD seal still better than one of those beads? Or are WD seals really expensive in korean version?
