EDIT: The servers are back online and have been patched.

Hi Players,

We are facing some server application crash issues, which has stopped the login system on Asura and Bardo servers, for now servers will be down for few more hours until the develops and Acclaim Team fixes the problem with the server applications.

We sorry for the inconvenience and we will announce the compensation as soon as the server is back online.

I will keep everyone updated on this announcement post and we appreciate your patience and co operation.

We appreciate your patience and have been working to get the server issues fixed. There is no additional update yet. We thought it would be resolved by 3pm PST. Obviously that didn't happen. Indy is working on the issue with our IT team. As soon as the servers are fixed, we will let you know.

In the meantime, some people decided to go a little nutty on the boards. Getting yourself banned from the forums (or the game) isn't going to get it up and running any faster. Please use common sense in the meantime.

Once we figure out what's wrong and fix it, we will be able to determine the proper compensation.

Thank you for your patience its been much appreciated over this pressing issue with Bardo and Asura. I just spoke with a GM and there is a possibility that the Servers may be up and running in a short while (rough guess was 30 mins). Although this is not a guarantee. Please wait for an offical response before attempting to log in as it may not be completely fixed. Specifically the issue with the purchase inventory may still be in effect.

The game is back up and running again. All servers are online and patched.

We will be announcing compensation later today. We thank you for your patience.
